Hello all,
I love cooking and I love helping others learn to love or at the very least not hate cooking. Cooking is a chore for many people, especially those who live alone. I’ve heard a variety of reasons including it’s not worth the effort to cook just for one person, it’s too much of a hassle, it takes too much time, or it’s just too hard. I believe this stems from just not knowing that recipes can be quick and easy and also not require too much clean up or work.
Feed Yourself, Feed the Hungry* was developed with those very people in mind. It was meant to bridge the gap. The recipes within it are not necessarily different or super special but are written in a manner that promotes self-efficacy. My goal is to try and recreate that here.
I will be sharing various guides and tips to help my readers and clients begin to appreciate home cooking, even if just for one. I would love to hear from you first, though. If you have a minute to answer a few simple questions that would be great: https://goo.gl/forms/iiH4XVjlQ5CyylPJ2
