To my Muslim audience – how is this Ramadan treating you? Are you able to get in a good suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and stay hydrated? Have you been able to stay active.
I’ll be honest – staying active has been pretty tough. I am trying to hold on to my yoga twice a week though (although I showed up to yoga in jeans today because of fasting brain!).
The sleep schedule is starting to get to me but it’s all part of the month so trying to embrace it all. Half of the month soared by and the rest will be over before we even realize it.
