National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month is here! This month’s theme is “Putting Your Best Fork Forward” as a reminder that we each hold the tools we need to make healthier food choices. The decisions we make directly affect our health and even small steps can have huge long-term benefits.

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has been hosting National Nutrition Month since 1973 where it started out as just a week. The themes have varied but the goal is always to help the public learn more about how to lead a healthier lifestyle using food and exercise.

In keeping with that spirit, we will be sharing some tips, recipes, and info on our page and blog over the next month. Is there anything in particular that you would like to learn about? Or any topic you would like to see us cover?
